I was not truly happy with my personal…
I was not truly happy with my personal statement. I did not read passion and wjatever I wanted to transmit through it. Furthermore, I believe that 3 cases as example are more than necessary to be inside a personal statement.

I love that this company gave a fixed…
I love that this company gave a fixed document return time. I have yet encounter any company that gave the client information regarding when they will return the assignment/task. The company return the document on time and sometime even earlier. I would definitely recommend this company for someone who was on tight deadline. I had the service for personal statement editing and feedback. The editor that I had was professional and courteous while giving feedback and gave good suggestion on what to improve. Bottomline, I was able to finalized my personal statement less than 2 weeks and I am satisfied with the result.

No, that's not true. Our refund policy, as stated at the bottom of every invoice (please note the last sentence): If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, you must, before seeking reimbursement and within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the work, contact us by email with your Notice of Dissatisfaction and give us a Cure Period. The Notice of Dissatisfaction must state specifically and completely the reasons for dissatisfaction, and the Cure Period must be long enough to give us the full opportunity to address all the reasons for your dissatisfaction. No fees will be refunded without first giving us the above-described Notice of Dissatisfaction and Cure Period. For projects in which we give recommendations (e.g. PS Revision & Critique), no fees will be refunded for not agreeing with or not following our recommendations. The Notice of Dissatisfaction must be limited in scope to the service selected for the project. No fees will be refunded for not providing a service that we were not hired to provide (e.g., a refund is requested for our not writing parts or all of a document we were hired only to edit).

Regarding my resume
Mixed experiences with my CV. The original draft which I personally wrote was horrible - so they had a tough time editing, I guess. But since I asked them to edit the CV suitable for ERAS application, I was expecting the descriptions to be less than 1020 characters. But their edited versions did not meet the criteria and I had to re-edit again by myself.

Yes, we had a difficult time determining how you wished to translate the CV for the ERAS application. To get the most out of our ERAS application services, we recommend first putting everything into MyERAS, then selecting the option to export the MyERAS application as a PDF. Then send that PDF to us for review. Instructions for exporting the MyERAS application as a PDF may be found on our website here: http://www.dlaeditors.com/for_applicants/eras_applications.html. Our ERAS Application Editing & Feedback service includes 2 reviews of the MyERAS application. We followed up with this client, and for the 2nd review he sent us the MyERAS application in PDF so we could give him better tailored advice for his application.
