I am a patriot and a veteran that enjoys the motorcycle culture and I like to support companies that support veterans. Dixxon had an awesome 40% off for Veterans Day and I tried for 5 hours to place an order following their protocol. Turns out it was a ploy to get you to pay full price. I wrote to them and showed proof with time stamped photos and they said sorry you couldn’t order within the time frame? 5 hours I tried! Unfortunately they will not be getting this veterans business any longer and others should think about it. I didn’t choose who to fight for in the military, it was for all Americans and not just certain times… Bad for business…

Worst customer service ever, I bought a flannel that was $59.99 and had a couple questions so I emailed their support about it and their reply was diabolical. Rude and not helpful at all. I will never buy from this company ever again. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this brand. Disgusting

Love the shirts, but the shipping sucks! Why would you use a 3rd party shipping company? Customers would receive their items alot quicker! Fix the shipping and you would get a 5 star review......

Ordered two flannels from this company. One came and it was completely defective. The snap was put on backwards making the shirt basically unusable. Unless you want to go around with one of the snaps unbuttoned because it's on backwards. The other shirt did not fit. Not even close. They asked me for photos of the defective shirt which I sent them. And a detailed description. I paid for the return shipping. They then charged me a return fee stating that because only one of the shirts was defective I was still responsible for the entire return fee. What was the point of me sending them photos of the defective item if they were going to charge me thrcreturn fee either way? I could have just returned the shirts and not wasted my time. And when I asked them that exact question I received a bullshit condescending email in response. So basically terrible customer service and terrible quality control. Plenty of other flannel companies out there that will actually listen to the customer and not give them shit when something is wrong.

Absolutely the best online clothing for bigger guys as well as tall and anyone else, the products are fantastic quality and great verity I cant give a higher recommendation

We’ve been customers of Dixon Canada and Arizona for 5 years now. I love shoppers at the store in Tempe, but the online store leaves a lot to be desired. I recently went online to order the youth mctwist. It wasn’t available in the size I needed. I placed an order and purchased 2 shirts in youth sizes and one adult. Two hours later, the mctwist is now available in every size. My order hadn’t shipped yet, and I contacted customer service and asked to replace one of the shirts for the mctwist. I was told it couldn’t be done and that I could order the mctwist separately. S and S is free if you spend $150, otherwise, it’s $20.00 on a $40.00 shirt. I didn’t cancel my order and by the time I heard from customer service, it had now shipped. Returning the order is also at the customers expense. So, long story short, not happy with Dixxon customer service. I don’t need to shop through them, as it doesn’t sound like they need me either. Won’t be returning.

Very low quality shirts. Sleeve stitching came apart after about 3 washes. I don't think I've had anything fall apart this quick, ever, not even $10 Kmart shirts, but the stitching is weak all over the flannel so it's definitely not a one off bad seam.

Been a long time fan and have spent thousands of dollars. I literally have a walk in closet full of Dixxon products. An underwear drawer full of board shorts boxers and socks. I had the company send me the wrong jacket last year but returning it was too much of a hassle, was a bit TO’d but didn’t want to deal with the PO and jump through all the hoops even though Dixxon admitted to it being their mistake. Fast for 30 orders later. I received my second order of the week (first was fine) ordered myself a large Baltic and my mom a XL woman’s Baltic. I received the men’s large and a woman’s small. When I email Dixxon I received a belittling response, it was obviously my fault and I should reconsider that my statement that this is not the company I have supported over the years since in fact it was my fault. They even highlighted the fonts to express I’m obviously a moron. I’ll still wear my Dixxons but I will never support this company again unless they start actually having some sort of basic customer service.
