Very late delivered

The products arrived on time according to the information I had! They were well packed and in perfect condition. The product is very good and does what it promises!

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received. I have been emailing you for over a week regarding this issue and have yet to receive a response. I have now received a final demand for payment from FedEx for shipping charges that I believe should have already been paid by Dista at the time of purchase. The situation has become extremely concerning, as FedEx has warned that the outstanding amount may be referred to a debt collection agency if payment is not made. This is completely unacceptable, particularly as I have been trying to resolve this matter with you for over a week without any response. I expect Dista to take responsibility for these charges and resolve this matter urgently, including ensuring that I am not held liable for costs that should have already been covered. Please respond as a matter of urgency and confirm that this issue will be resolved. If this matter is not dealt with appropriately, I will not be purchasing from Dista again.
