Great service, delivery, instant reply on my follow up.

Shipping is almost always delayed. This last time it was delayed by more than a month and they never reached out to me with an update until I reached out to them first. If I knew of an alternative I would definitely switch to them instead. Very poor customer service!

i ordered this product to take it to sri lanka. i checked the delivery date and it was before my flight date. however the parcel came to me after my flight. please give the real delivery date for the customers

I did not receive my order but it’s showing delivered. I made sure to check in the lobby and mail room, but could not locate the package. This has never happened before with distacart deliveries. It was one of the most frustrating experience. Previous carriers would deliver directly outside door. The delivery person carelessly left it somewhere randomly. Kindly it is requested please provide replacement or I’d like a refund.
