Do NOT listen to the hyperbole
Do NOT listen to the hyperbole. I received my Durvadi Kera Thaliam OIL today. It resembles a Yankee candle ! Also. You get charged for importation costs. Regardless what this company state on their website.

Dear Adam, We apologize for the inconvenience caused. The melting point of the oil is 25 degrees Celcius and the freezing point is 10-15 degrees Celcius. Seems the weather is too cold in the UK and that's the main reason for the oil getting frozen. Regarding the duties and taxes, we always stand by our words as displayed on the website.
