Everything went exactly as hoped. The goods arrived well packed and were exactly what I ordered. There seems to be a kindness from Distacart and a desire to value and please the customer. That is a most valuable quality.

I ordered a set of pressure cookers of 3 hereby 1,5l, 2l, 3l and received one 2l pot in a box of 2l. instead of the box with 3 pots in it. In the mean time I think the product sold out and instead they posted a product of 3 pots for 2l,3l and 3,3l and referred to this product during my complains. They said it says that you have to choose between the 3 pots, which size you want. I didnt choose anything and I didnt take a screen shot of the original product I ordered and the text that came with it. After writing this review they called me and offered me af 50 % refund and to keep the product, which I accepted. I have a confirmation of this in my email rigth now.
