I paid extra for expedited delivery…
I paid extra for expedited delivery (2-3 days), yet my package arrived after 10 days—far beyond the promised timeframe. Despite reaching out via email, I never received a proper response or any meaningful update on the delay. Poor communication and lack of accountability made this a frustrating experience. If you're considering paying extra for faster shipping, I’d strongly advise against it. Definitely not worth the cost!

Distacart is fantastic for me.

Products was damaged and even customer…
Products was damaged and even customer care didn’t replied at all. I contacted alread on the phone number which is mentioned but no reply and now they are saying cannot find your order details, if there would be any method to post the pictures i would have done that as well.

The most pathetic e-commerce website
The most pathetic e-commerce website. I placed an order 19 days back and their logistics team added an incorrect address with the delivering partner. They asked me send updated address which I did and then I never heard back from them. On following up with them they told me that address update is not possible and gave me a random PostNL number to coordinate for the delivery, the number was not reachable. They then sent me a DHL link and asked me to update my address there. The link has address update disabled. I haven’t heard back from them for a refund nor can the package be delivered. Distacart is a scam website with pathetic service and no customer support. Never order from this website, it’s a scam.

Dista cart only delivered on time other…
Dista cart only delivered on time other than that they have taken my store credit and i do not recommend them to any one.After contacted them via emails no one is willing to help with that lost credit and keep sending you same marketing emails.From 2022 i have ordered several items from them and generated store credits after 2024 December i forget to use it and now it expired per them.
