Its really bad experience i ordered fortune rice brain oil and they send me soap its really bad and scam

Third order
Dear Sir I received my parcel quite quickly and in good condition. My previous order took much longer than this one and besides, customs charged me for 6€ and then FedEx requested 13€ which I paid with PayPal but they claimed the same amount again 3 months later threatening to sue me so I paid again 13 €. This time FedEx asked 13 € which I paid directly at delivery by bankcheck. I am very happy with my products and am now a regular customer since the last 2 years and shall be forever. Issue settled.
U sent me the wrong product, despite telling u that it is no longer on the product official website. 4th September Distacart acted honorably by giving me the full refund without me insisting on such a move. This is fully appreciated and I thank Distacart for it. I was disappointed initially but have accepted their sincere apology. I shall put this aside and move on. I do like Distacart as they do not sell any fake products.

Great service with perfection
