I had not seen or used Outrageous shampoo and conditioner since the 90s. I’d missed it and wondered if it could be purchased somewhere. Then I heard about distacart. It was easy to order, and the shampoo and conditioner was delivered at a good time and didn’t take that long. The Outrageous shampoo and conditioner smells just as good as it did in the 90s! I’d buy it again from distacart.
