The product we received was the genuine product from India that we needed. The order was to come to us in 4 weeks and it came in two weeks. Quick service and I was kept informed as to when it was shipped and then going to arrive by the carrier. I will definitely order again from distacart when the need arises.

Order delivered without any hassles. On delivery a message with a picture of the mailbox and the delivery item at the door, which was received, which is better than the picture of just the delivered item because it ensures that the item was delivered to the correct address

Every attempt was made to deliver order in time despite the fact that the originally ordered product was not available, they secured the alternate acceptable to me and kept me informed at every step. Great customer service!
