DistaCart was my third experience ordering dresses from Indian retailers. With my first order from Libas, I faced uncertainty about shipping and customs charges. My Trendia order took a long time to ship, and it moved forward only after I followed up. I also returned two of the four items because the sizes and lengths didn’t match my expectations, and the return process involved many questions. DistaCart was a much smoother experience: my item matched the pictures and description, communication was clear, and shipping and customs costs were explained upfront. I appreciated the transparency and peace of mind.

I am extremely happy with my purchase from Dista. They sent me genuine products directly from India, and that too on time and without any duties or extra charges.

Took a while to arrive Australia. From the tracking it appears that it left country of origin very promptly. The delay was on our side. Took them a long time to organise delivery from Sydney to Perth. Items were well wrapped and not damaged . Service is good and easy tracking of parcel.

Took way long time than expected and when it arrived there was a leakage in 2 items and it was all over the box.

Bad customer service. Ordered sweet from india hoping it will be value for money. But with in a day sweet started developing molds. Please find the attachments.
