The delivery service says that my product has been delivered, but when I went to check for the product at my house, it wasn't there. I have never experienced this problem before with any other e-commerce platforms. I checked with my neighbors, the mailbox, and secure areas. I even talked to the DHL courier service; they showed me a photo of the package in the mailbox. But there was no sign of the package.

Parcel arrived in a timely manner. Packed very securely and protectively so that it arrived in good order.. An excellent service, thank you.

The tube was so small. It looks like a sample size. Very deceptive!!
