The Walt Disney CompanyReviews of disneyworld.disney.go.com

We’ve been to Disney multiple times and we just went this summer and have never been so disappointed in our lives! The geni plus is a money making joke! Your lucky to get to skip one line a day let alone 2! The hopper pass isn’t any good till after 2:00 and you use to be able to hop from park to park anytime of the day! It’s so crowded not only the ride lines but the food also! Disney is nothing but a big money making scheme! We’ve made our last trip there this summer! From now on we’ll go to universal parks!

Just returned from Florida, and left feeling saddened by our Disney World experience. Disney simply care about making money only, not the experience that we have there. They cram so many people into the park and there should be a limit of the number of people allowed in the park. The queues are far too long.

I have been a loyal Disneyland customer since 2016. I have been appalled and so disappointed at my customer service from Disneyland. After 3 hours on hold to speak to a supervisor, I am hung up on. I am currently on another hour hold to explain my situation and it has been so frustrating. The customer service representative I spoke to dismissed the situation at 5:16pm PST without even hearing what occurred. I spoke to a cast member who told me NOT to renew my magic key pass because Disneyland was not selling new key passes- which was misinformation. Obviously, I followed the cast members directions. This resulted in my pass expiring past the renewal date since they told me Disney was not renewing passes. I was misdirected by the cast member and have been on hold trying to resolve this for over 4 hours. I just want to renew my pass.

No more ESPN on Sling tv! This is taking us hostage and is blackmail. We all should boycott Disney. They make a boatload $$$$ from us!!! I'm not going to spend a nickel on anything Disney! Boycott all of Disney!!! Trips, movies, tv, toys and Christmas!!!! Bah humbug, see how much your blackmail gets you!!!

Absolutely awful experience. Had issues with this company for the past 3 years since purchasing one-day park tickets for almost £100 each. Covid hit and the tickets where extended however it took months and months to change our ticket date. We are currently in Orlando and due to a hurricane and Disney closing the parks themselves we cannot go on the day we have booked. We have been on the phone for almost 7 HOURS and have been transferred to several people. They are trying to charge us almost $40 PER TICKET to change the date when THEY where the ones who have closed the park and we cannot go. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our holiday has been ruined because we have been sat on this phone line for so long now, getting VERY frustrated and Disney just wanting more and more money from us, they also told us we cannot get a refund for these tickets even though there’s a hurricane and they where the ones who have shut the park for 2 days when we fly back to the UK in 5 days time. Absolutely awful, Universal Studios, Seaworld and Gatorland handled our ticket issues perfectly.

My second trip and sadly my last! What a change 5 years have made. No Disney magic. It has simply gone. It’s all about the money now and I feel like I know the true meaning of daylight robbery. Rude staff, hardly any characters, awful merchandise (cheap and tatty and, like everything else, overpriced). Walt wanted to build a magical safe place for him and his family and all the other families to enjoy. In my humble opinion he has done just that. It is without doubt magical but the people running it need to go back to those roots and take a good hard look at what it is becoming. I hope people vote with their feet and the greedy people at the top have to take stock and bring it back in line to where it was even 5 years ago. As a side note universal was by far the best 2 days of our trip! (Maybe that’s where all the nice staff of Disney have gone!!). Rides working, queues not too long, drink stations everywhere great merchandise and nice food.

We went in August 2022 to Orlando and stayed at Port Orleans, French Quarter. Well-kept place but extremely expensive both at the resort and the parks. Inexcusable. Won’t be going back.
