I have had Disney Plus for 2 years now...Love the shows on it... yet this year the price was to go up.. No problem, but I have visited the Disney Store on the other side of the mountain.. like 40 miles away ... And that's one way, 80 miles round trip.. now before the price went up. I did my homework.. I drove over to the FAR-FAR west side to buy the Disney Plus Card.. yet this was 6 weeks before the price change.. Yet when I arrive at the Disney store... The Manager informs me they were instructed to pull the Disney plus Card which retailed for $90 for the year.... from the Shelf....apparently the Disney Corporation and its returning CEO... decided to pull it off the shelf so they could Drive up their Revenue and impress their Share Holders with higher profits so us the Consumers who enjoy the network get screwed... That's Corporate GREED AT WORK... I will have to purchase it at the higher price...But will Never Go to DISNEY AMUSEMENT PARKS OR TO THIER RETAIL STORES.... there's alot of places to visit that Don't Screw their customers over....

My purse was stolen from the Contemporary's Resort Bell Services on 1/8/23. I have been passed around to every phone number and different department in Disney with no resolution. My entire vacation was ruined. EVERYDAY I woke up thinking about who I had to call because ALL the contents of my purse were gone ...cell phone, wallet, medical insurance card, bank card, credit cards, identification ect. Name it and its gone. No one from Disney has helped me, updated or informed me of what is happening. I am sure the thief from the hotel hasn't even been arrested and sadly more people visiting Disney for a vacation will becomes victims of theft as well. Over $1,000 of stuff was charged to my various cards as my family and I enjoyed a park day while our belongings were supposed to be "securely locked up" in the bell services room since our guest room was not ready upon arrival to the resort. After returning home I am still dealing with my losses and trying to recoup all of my cards, ID's ect. I had an awful vacation thanks to the negligence of the Contemporary staff. Highly disappointed. I wanted to make a point to trust NO ONE and sadly especially Disney World staff.

If Disney can't fill the TV screen with film content, then why bother? There is 4 inches of black on top and 4 inches of black on the bottom of my screen. I have a 55 inch screen and I feel ripped. I am totally sick of these Filming Company's ripping us off . No more will I watch anything that doesn't fill my screen

Myself and my Family have been dedicated to Walt Disney World since October 1972 when it first opened its doors. Living in Florida has afforded a huge opportunity to visit each park as they opened and multiple times each year, through the years. Now, we have been Annual Passholders for 9 years straight. Sadly, each visit over the past 3 years has been more and more disappointing. Just got home today from a 2 day and 2 Park visit! BEYOND HORRIBLE!! Restrooms filthy, grounds at Epcot dirty with debris faded paint severe stains in the pavement. Food choices are NOT healthy, pricing is soaring while quality and quantity decrease. So so so many unruly guests!! Rude and obnoxious just like you see many times on the road.” The lack of Disney staff dedicated to the job ie everywhere on the grounds. The lack of uniformity in Disney Staff giving direction isn’t there. There is no crowd control entering, leaving or in the parks. Today the road into Magic Kingdom was 4 lanes wide with over a mile of stopped cars trying to get to parking spaces. No trams in use, so the walk is unacceptable. Overall, I seriously doubt Mr Walt Disney’s vision was not what we saw today. Severe mismanagement, with no regard to customer needs and expectations. The overall rating of under 2% should be enough for Disney’s Management Team to open their eyes and take action but sadly don’t see it happening.

I took my 4 children to experience the 50th Anniversary at Disney World. This was also a Christmas gift, and a first visit for my youngest children. I was deeply disappointed in the whole experience. The food was terrible, over priced and tiny portions and heavy on the salt. You have to make a reservation for dining, and to get into any park. If you are getting on a ride, you have to make a reservation, especially for DAS or “ fast pass”. I was told personally that if you don’t want to wait to get on a ride, go to disability services and tell them you have anxiety… and can’t wait in line for long periods of time. Basically lie. It worked for the people who told me that’s what they did. It’s not fair, as it exploits the system set up for people who truly have disabilities. I attempted to purchase a Photo Pass to take pictures of my family during our vacation. I had 3 options. $69, $169, and $199. I was supposed to purchase a package 30 days before we left. I went to purchase the $169 photo pass, and the website said it was experiencing difficulties…it was Veterans Day … and the message said to try back later. I tried again… still unsuccessful. I decided to call a few days later and was told that the window had passed for the $169 package… but the $199 package was available. Really Disney? So it wasn’t about making memories with your family… it was about a profit being made. I purchase (5) tickets at $179 a piece for Mickey’s Magical Christmas. Disney stalled and said the event was being rain delayed… the event was to start at 7pm. We were constantly harassed and asked were we staying and that we needed to leave. I paid before I arrived to Disney for our tickets, and it was attached to the app and I had the receipt. The event started at 8:30… there was NO rain prior to 8:30! it lasted for 20 min … there was a parade and that was it. They had a few fireworks at 10 pm. The whole thing was a complete rip off. Our hotel room had 1/4 inch of dust.. and they give towels and linen every OTHER day… claiming “Covid” protocols. The usual cast of characters walking around and interacting with Disney goers were slim to none. Everything you do has to be done through their App. The staff? Some were rude as heck. Giving the wrong information, blatantly ignoring patrons. It had to be one of the worst experiences in a theme park I’ve ever had. They got rid of the bus that picks you up from the airport… now you have to use Uber or Lyft which runs about $51- $60 dollars. This place has simply become a money grabber. The “Happiest Place on Earth” should not be associated Disney anymore.

Train and rail strikes cause us to be late for a showing (coming from a very long distance so knew well in advance, phoned Disney and the Lyceum 2 hours before the show started (so not like the tickets couldn’t be resold and it’s a sold out show.) and was told tough luck. Advisor on the line at Disney was really unhelpful and didn’t seem bothered or even arsed to talk to me. Couldn’t get me off the phone quicker. Pretty poor from Disney, but what do you expect.

Terrible Christmas experience. After nearly a dozen trips of taking my family for the Disney magic (on both ends of the country), it saddens me that we’ve made our last visit. And at the worst of times, as my kids are the best age to enjoy these parks, would they have continued with the magical experience. The cost is what it is. We knew the cost before coming, so I’ve got no complaints there. The staff however ruined the entire trip. They were rude. They didn’t want to be there. They drained the magic. The staff wouldn’t use security to manage all the people skipping lines. Disney has become a second rate carnival. I now have no doubts as to why the company has tanked so badly of recent. I strongly believe this to be a poorly managed company and the cast members have no cheer and no fear that they may be observed by a supervisor. Josh who worked the test track around 6:30 pm on Monday Dec 26th put the icing on the cake for the bad experience. After several people complained about them allowing crowds of people to skip the lines, they offered no solution other than “it’s not their job and it’s up to the people in line to manage”. I ask if I was to stop the people from skipping, what would happen to me. Was told “you can’t do that.” So sad that our hopes were built so high on a legacy that has officially dwindled out. Please fix this place .
