DANGER!!!!!!!! DANGER. I have just left Disney Magic Kingdom a very shocked and relieved parent! Over crowded to a level that I and several others were afraid for there children. After the fireworks we found ourselves jammed in tight with no possible escape routes. I spoke with a lady beside me trying to take care of two small children and one in a stroller who was struggling to protect her family and then watched as teenagers stepped over her stroller that had an infant in it. With no help from staff the crowd started to work together to make it safe. I was there as part of a 20 plus people family trip with my young kids all waiting to see the magic so I chose to stay when the rest of our party left within 2 hrs of arrival. Not willing to repeat this experience I went to the office to get a refund on the second day on my tickets to be meet by very pleasant staff that although pleasant point blank refused to refund anything to us. I suggested these tickets should not have been sold to people if they are not in a position to protect there guests. I was then even more shocked to be told they were running at just over 50% capacity. Shame on you and I suggest you review your safety protocols before the world get to see a headline news story!

My were at Disney on the first day of what should have been a 2-day park hopper visit. We went to Magic Kingdom but as it was very busy, transferred to Epcot. This was where the problem happened. We decided to do the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind ride. We queued for over one and a half hours for this ride. There was no indication the queue would be this long. We were filtered into large rooms where people were let in behind us as we funnelled through to very restrictive areas. It did not feel safe or comfortable and was very claustrophobic. This was borne out when someone collapsed in the queue. The ride was fine but had we known the queue would be this long and uncomfortable, we would not have bothered. We were really upset and put off by what happened and just wanted to leave. We didn't want to come the next day and my wife was upset as her previous visit had been so different and she was very disappointed in the organization of this ride. We went to the Customer Service and they charged us for a full day with park hopper and refunded the small balance as they said that was all they could do. We had no choice but to accept this. We went to Hollywood Studios but our hearts weren't in it and we left after 30 mins. The whole day had been ruined. Back at the hotel in the afternoon, we realised we had paid over $500 for 3 hours, most of which had been spent queuing. This seems extortionate and unfair for what was a situation created by them. We did talk to them by mail but they seemed only interested in feedback on how well they had responded: honestly, incredibly poorly. This was supposed to be the highlight of our US trip and has ended up being a very unpleasant experience. If you're looking for rides and better organisation and customer care, go to Universal instead. Confirmation number JNNB98707371

I could understand why Disney is rated so low on trustpilot. I’ve been a visitor to Disney 1996 and there has clearly been a downward trend in service quality. I’ve been a victim of this on Christmas day where they incorrectly advised me about a restaurant booking which affected my holiday.

First I barely care about marvel but I know you guys know you are currently the grave yard of every successful franchise that has ever existed because you guys yourself are not Stan Lee George Lucas or Walt Disney so I will stick to the franchise I have loved since childhood but you all know your wrong. By the way the acolyte was actually decent. Now granted everything you guys have put out with Star Wars is garbage and you guys know it when you make it let alone market it and put it out. Watch it by yourself lol (it's like explaining simple s*** to my Sagittarius mother all over again god help me) and in turn you didn't care to even make sure the actors or actresses care about Star Wars and yes it's nerdy but it's also a 50 year multi billion dollar franchise that deserves atleast a tiny bit of respect don't you think Sag So maybe tell the actors and actresses and even yourself in the mirror before interview to "WATCH YOUR GOD **** MOUTH" SMFH Other than that (deep breathe) The show was actually really good I do think you went over board with basically making the twins the equivalent to Anakin if not stronger (KK did that with Rey) and then the twins weren't even that strong in the show itself just the back story made them seem that strong I also don't think you meant alot of things that you said such as you love SW KOTOR because if you had of known the best game KOTOR 2 the show could've been so much darker and would've been a nice change of pace from Rebels Ashoka etc I think your a lot like my mom who exaggerates things she doesn't actually know what's she's talking about to try to seem in the know But the show was decent I honestly wish you did a little bit better It's not that hard ladies do better foreal

This company has gone to s**t; they have removed my favorite childhood lullaby rock a bye baby and replaced it with a piece of s**t. They are destroying any and everything that was good about this company. i really cant see what they are doing to walt disney's beautiful creations. I swear to God I am not watching any Disney movie or buying any Disney product ever again.

Disney can't stop ruining our beloved series. From Star Wars to Marvel, if it gets its greedy fingers on it the cannon is irrelevant. All that matters is the woke agenda they feel they need to push. They are so greedy that they put ads on their trash streaming service that already costs an unholy amount. They have lost all creativity and now resort to sequel after sequel with them somehow getting worse with each 300-million-dollar movie. No wonder y'all are running out of money! You only care about DEI and don't care about skill.

Decided to visit the USA for the first time by going to Disneyworld Orlando! Months of preparation and anticipation.... Dreamt about going since 7 years old!(now 35) Payed £1500 for 3 peoples tickets... assuming that was the cost to go on rides and enjoy our day.... very wrong and here's what they don't tell you...... Your tickets are to access the park yes and go on some rides with 90 plus mins wait minimum. However, if you want to go in the lightening lane you pay approx $27-$32 extra per person per day and you really only get to use this twice if your lucky as the ride might not be bookable via lightening lane until 6-8 hours later and you can not use the lightening lane again until that one you have booked had surpassed. Ontop of that the bigger attractions that you would assume would be included in the £1500 and/or the $27-$31 extra lightening lane cost but Disney ran out of ways to rob people so they decided to charge extra again for a selection of popular rides which are another $25-$32 depending on the popularity of the ride! So your standard tickets basically pay to have the honour of 'LOOKING' at the ride. For the first time in many magical years of loving every Disney movie (I'm 35 now and still love them) I came back to the UK disappointed in Disney for focusing only on making money and ruining the magic! Shame on Disney for bankrupting family's who spend years saving to come and experience Disney, to then need to scrimp and scrape for months once they are home due to your unfathomable hidden costs! I'm absolutely gutted to say that I wouldn't come back! Don't waste your money on Disney Orlando, irrelevant of offers, cus they will make their money in other ways back! If your from UK or more local to Paris, I'm sure its just as nice, and feedback from people who have been have said its much more affordable!
