Sooo EXPENSIVE
Third visit over 15 years and cannot believe how incredibly expensive this place has become. The board should be ashamed of themselves, they seem to constantly coming up with new ways to squeeze you for a few more bucks, introducing expensive fees for things which once we’re free. The petty rules too are infuriating - most seem to be more relative to how these money grabbing people can save money: ONE smoking area per park - back outside the front gate? Really??!! Everything is outside so smoking shouldn’t be an issue, but clearly these greedy guys don’t want to spend a penny picking up butts? They go on and on about their “Green” credentials (please reuse your towels etc etc), yet in our (EXPENSIVE) villa, they supply us daily with plastic cutlery and paper/plastic crockery - which goes in the bin and is replaced daily - because they’re clearly trying to reduce their labour costs, to make EVEN MORE MONEY. Also, despite an abundance of staff, they don’t even bother providing a response to any of the many negative reviews here. That should tell you all you need to know about Disneys true feelings for their guests. Thank heavens my children are a bit older now and now feel the same way so we wont ever have to deal come back again
