After many years as DirectTv customers my husband moved us to Dish. He had 2 reasons for doing so. 1. They were cheaper by more than $30 and they had a promo running for a $300 MasterCard gift card when you signed a 2 year contract. Our installation was pushed back due to a major ice storm and power outage. After waiting the appropriate amount of time my husband called to check on the gift card. The customer service representative he spoke with said they had no record of that promotion and could only honor it if he had the promotion code, which of course he didn’t. After jumping through numerous hoops they finally agreed to upgrade our hopper at no charge. Our appointment was changed due to an epic snow storm. The second appointment was confirmed but no body ever showed up. I really didn’t expect they would due to a second storm but we never received a call to cancel or reschedule. So my questions are this. 1. What company doesn’t keep track of their own promotions and dates? 2. Is the customer service I received indicative of your standards? Would love to return to DirectTv but unfortunately got roped into a 2 year contact

Worst service ever! Customer service is just awful!! Like seriously awful! They don’t know how to do their jobs or anything because they tell you one thing and then do another!! Just a stupid company I’m general!

Worst service to have. I have a pretty advanced package and it doesn't even offer disney jr. You would expect that to be a channel offered. They are most definitely a rip off, 50 dollars just for a technician to come out. C'mon now, what sense does that make ? Customer support sucks big time, stayed on the phone with them over 40 mins they never fixed my problem i had to play around with the tv in order to solve the problem myself.

The worst service I have ever had in my life, everything they offer you is a lie, don't tell you that you have to pay for the local channels, they give you a price and then they raise it without giving you a reason, I will never have the dish service again. I won’t recommend to any of my friends. I can’t understand how Eujenio can promote dish when everything is a lie what they offer

Dish is always removing channels because of a "dispute", your bill will never reflect the "dispute", you just keep paying the same for less service. If you call customer service they tell you its all in your best interest that there working for you, but there's always a channel your paying for that your not getting

I have had Dish network for a long time. It seems like the price of the service keeps going up, yet the quality of channels to view is less. I noticed this before the pandemic. When you want to view important sporting events they are cancelled without alternative options for viewing these events. Very disappointing

Dishnet is the worst cable company i have ever had. They will not help customers with billing, and tell you because its prepaid. I was never told that when i signed up. I had my for 2 months and box went out, I had to wait 6 days for a replacement and had to pay an extra 50.00 and i have insurance on my account plus I was not credited the days of lost service. PLEASE DON'T GET DISHNET THEY WILL SCREW YOU ANYWAY THEY CAN.
