We wanted Ed to watch the New Years concert with Avril lavigne and Travis barker but dish is lame and won’t allow us because of issues with “money” sorry but I pay for this service to watch such things. DISH Is aweful. If I’m paying for services is expect them no matter what personal issues dish has. This is not acceptable behavior.

Will be canceling Dish. I hate it. They take things away, but no cut in bill. Have to pay extra for Hallmark at Christmas. My sister has the same package level as I do with Direct and she gets NBC and Hallmark.

Stay away away from Dish! After a 3 month puase on my account do to moving homes. I called to start my service again. The tech came out and was professional. Once finished I viewed my service and noticed I had less channels and my bill was quite a bit more for less channels. I called dish and they told me that since I paused my account my promotion ended. This is not what they told me when I paused my account. I was told nothing would change. Otherwise i was going to cancel my service altogether. Only reason I paused was again told nothing would change. After going round and round for more than a hour I canceled my service. Holes drilled in my new floors to have this installed. So unbelievably dissatisfied with Dish and their support staff. Too bad I did enjoy having Dish as my TV provider. Dish Sucks Stay away from them and their constant games.

HAVE DISH T V FOR THE PAST 8 MO. AND CALLED TECH SUPPORT THE EQUAL AMOUNT OF TIMES FOR TROUBLESHOOTING HOPPER/JOEY BOXES. TODAY I CALLED FOR MANY DIFFERENT PROBLEMS ON THE HOPPER. TECH COULDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM AND I WOULD HAVE NO TV FOR 1-5 BUS. DAYS UNTIL THE NEW HOPPER ARRIVED BY UPS. THEY TOLD ME THEY DON'T HAVE ANY REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE LOCALLY IN VEGAS AND THAT THEY ONLY HAVE INSTALLATION TECH'S WORKING HERE.NO FOOTBALL THIS WEEKEND. BAD SERVICE ON EQUIPMENT REPAIRS. I SUGGESTED AT LEAST HAVE A FEW BOXES ON THE SERVICE TRUCKS INSTEAD OF WAITING 1-5 BUS. DAYS WITHOUT TV SERVICE MISSED ALL THE GAMES TOO. CHEAP SERVICE BUT NOT GOOD ON SERVICE. WILL LOOK INTO CANCELING DISH.

I have been with DISH for many years. I had a problem with my receiver. They said it would cost to come in the house to check it. Even though I had paid a maintenance fee each month to avoid this. I made the appt. the tech did not show up and then they said I didn't have an appt but have texts to prove I did. I called to cancel service and no matter what I said about cancelling the person on the phone kept telling there service was cheapest and I couldn't get TV without them. Said he would give me a deal my plan would go from 350 channels to 120 for less money. Yes the conversation was that crazy. He said the difference in the 350 and 120 channels was cartoons and baseball. I said what don't you understand I want to cancel my service. I bet I said it 10 times then they charged me a cancellation fee even though I am not under any contract. Some of my equipment is so old they didn't even want it back. I had to give my credit card number to cancel the service. They should be ashamed. I have had dish for 20 years.

I have been with Dish for over 2 years, and all the sudden they changed the bill statement from 70 monthly to 156 due to we moved to a new house last year and now they claiming that because of we moved we renewed the contract for the equipment but not for the price. That is ridiculous.

Thank you Dish for getting HBO channels back.

I try to manage affairs for my 90 year old mother. She has vision problems , but still enjoys watching TV.She has been a Dish subscriber for 20 yrs. Her 2 year contract expired, but all bills were paid. They raised her new service $16 a month. $1500 a year for old repeats! These guys should be ashamed!Try free TV and use your time elsewhere.RIPOFF!!!!!
