This was at stone mountain highway store.Very aggressive upselling. Came in for a tire repair. They said it was plrepairable. Then they said it had internal damage. I said put the spare back on. They refused quoting safety issues. I repeated my request. The spare had never been used but they would not do it. They gave me a basic tire and did not give my repairable tire back. (that was a top quality tire with 18k on it.) I wanted my old tire so I could get it examined by my dealer.

I had wonderful, fast, friendly emergency service at Discount Tires on Juan Tabo Blvd in Albuquerque, NM. Scott talked to me while I was on the phone with 4 pretty bare tires after a long haul across country. He made an appointment to expedite when I got there 15 minutes later on a VERY busy Saturday. I was pulling a small teardrop camper and he helped me maneuver and park in their cramped parking lot. Scott and the other staff involved were professional and friendly, put on new tires of same brand on my Toyota and put me back on the road in 1.5 hrs. Thank you Scott and D.T.

Gross Negligence in Installation: On the evening of September 18, I had tires installed at the Wilson, NC location. I woke up the following morning to a completely flat tire due to an improperly installed valve stem. Vehicle Impact Event in their Bay: I returned first thing on September 19 to have the shop fix its mistake. While the vehicle was in their technicians' possession, my Mercedes-Benz EQE recorded a timestamped Guard 360 collision/impact event at 08:03 AM on 09/19. Refusal of Basic Customer Care: Fleet Response has now informed me that while they submitted a claim, they refuse to provide or cover rental transportation while the vehicle undergoes diagnostic evaluation at the dealership.

So I got new tire on my car mind you I only have 22k miles on the car it's still brand new So I got my 4 tires installed on the way home. I'm noticing that my steering wheel is crooked, leaning towards the left and the car is pulling towards the right really, really bad. So when I call them and told them that he thought I was stupid and he's gonna tell me, well, I could do a tire rotation, see if it will fix it, if not, then I can't do nothing for you. Thinking that people are stupid and not know what an alignment is come to find out. They yanked on the front tires, so bad to take the bolts off that they messed up my alignment on the car. Just horrible 😞

My experience is at the Scottsdale store on talking stick but it’s the same all over. The company has very shady business practices focusing on over pressuring customers to buy tires before they need to.

Came in with a low tire. Was told tire was too low and could'nt add air because sidewall was damaged which later found out not to be true. They ordered a tire from Phoenix and would be there in 2 hours. After 3 hours said tire wouldn't make it there that day. Offered two new tires from another brand for less. I took it. After 5 1/2 hours finally got them on. A few days later low air light came on in dash. The front two tires were 9 pounds low. Went back and an hour in line to have air added. They lost 2 of my nice aftermarket valve stem caps. A bad experience from a previously trusted and used company.

If you don’t have anything to do with your tire and need sensor replaced by prepared to be on the bottom of the list and wait for 3 hours.
