Here we go again with these people. When buying my tires, they gave me a great story of how I would get a discount if my tire treads wore out and if I got a flat tire they would fix it for free.
WORN TIRES: "We can't give you a discount because the tires are too worn out. Do you want to buy new ones?"
FLAT TIRE: "We can't fix your flat tire because the nail is in the wrong position. Do you want to buy a new one?"
These people are a bunch of clowns. Always some hidden fact to prevent honoring their offers.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I would give zero stars if I could. I scheduled an appointment at this Stone Mountain Discount Tire location for TPMS sensors to be installed and programmed. I asked the person who took my payment at the desk if they could program BMW TPMS sensors, and he told me yes. That was a lie.
I wasn’t seen at my appointment time. Instead, they made me wait over 4 hours. I sat there and waited patiently. After they finally got on my car, I watched through the glass and saw they rushed the job. When I got my car back, they had installed the sensors but forgot to program them. All they did was install them. Because of that, I wasted money and had to go to another shop to have the programming done again.
As they handed me my keys, they complained about doing my car, and they did not properly tighten my lug nuts. When I got my car back, I saw they had put some black substance on my lug nuts that was not there before. They also threw away parts from my car without my permission, and they put that substance on my lug nuts without my permission. When I brought this up, all they said was they are working on multiple cars so it’s just something from another car.
I spoke with a manager on the phone named Ryan. His only response was, “I’m not going to look.”
I drove up to the shop after the fact and explained all of this. They offered no help and said I was in the wrong because BMW parts need to be programmed at the dealership, even though the person who took my payment at the desk told me they could program BMW TPMS sensors. So they lied to get my payment and then refused to take responsibility.
The manager, Ryan, was also extremely racist to me, along with that rude phone call. He mistook me for another Black person when I showed up again after my appointment didn’t go right. I stepped outside to take an important phone call, and Ryan interrupted my call and started calling me by another Black person’s name who was also there. That is racism thinking all Black people look the same and not wanting to help. Ryan has a superiority complex, always wants to be right, and doesn’t know how to take accountability.
I want a full refund for everything I experienced and the time I wasted at this place. Do not go here. Avoid this location, especially if you are a minority.

They suck
They suck. Absolutely no client contact on arrival. Least personal auto service i have met. Free rotation really is BS when you get no acknowledgement and they take an hour to get it done. These are new tires and the base price was fair, they added some fee for warranty that was not optional. That was June. Now getting rotation in October. Greetings and acknowledgement was poor. Then they were allowing someone to step in front of me after I waited for ten minutes to be acknowledged. Never again. Miss poor

I had an appointment at 10:30 and the car sat until 11:45.
The guy behind the desk left me standing in font of him while he took a call rather than talk to me and was on the phone for 10 minutes at least. I'm done doing business with you people,

This was at stone mountain highway store.Very aggressive upselling. Came in for a tire repair. They said it was plrepairable. Then they said it had internal damage. I said put the spare back on. They refused quoting safety issues. I repeated my request. The spare had never been used but they would not do it. They gave me a basic tire and did not give my repairable tire back. (that was a top quality tire with 18k on it.) I wanted my old tire so I could get it examined by my dealer.

Gross Negligence in Installation & Lack of Customer Care
Gross Negligence in Installation: On the evening of September 18, I had tires installed at the Wilson, NC location. I woke up the following morning to a completely flat tire due to an improperly installed valve stem.
Vehicle Impact Event in their Bay: I returned first thing on September 19 to have the shop fix its mistake. While the vehicle was in their technicians' possession, my Mercedes-Benz EQE recorded a timestamped Guard 360 collision/impact event at 08:03 AM on 09/19.
Refusal of Basic Customer Care: Fleet Response has now informed me that while they submitted a claim, they refuse to provide or cover rental transportation while the vehicle undergoes diagnostic evaluation at the dealership.

So I got new tire on my car mind you I only have 22k miles on the car it's still brand new So I got my 4 tires installed on the way home. I'm noticing that my steering wheel is crooked, leaning towards the left and the car is pulling towards the right really, really bad. So when I call them and told them that he thought I was stupid and he's gonna tell me, well, I could do a tire rotation, see if it will fix it, if not, then I can't do nothing for you. Thinking that people are stupid and not know what an alignment is come to find out. They yanked on the front tires, so bad to take the bolts off that they messed up my alignment on the car. Just horrible 😞

Shady practices
My experience is at the Scottsdale store on talking stick but it’s the same all over. The company has very shady business practices focusing on over pressuring customers to buy tires before they need to.
