Discount Salt PoolReviews of discountsaltpool.com

Easy to assemble. Works fine

I was a little bit concerned at 1st because when I was purchasing the salt generator Texas had just had a bunch of rain, but when I got it it was ok. People were very helpful to get the correct one for my pool.

I am very pleased with Discount Salt Pool. They have been very helpful with information to resolve my issue with a salt system that is no longer producing chlorine. I tired to repair the existing cell but it did not work and Discount Salt Pool will accept the returned parts.

i Was very please with the price customer support and speed of delivery. I had several questions about the various models of salt water chlorine generators, to determine which would suit my needs best. I spoke with a representative who was able to answer to my satisfaction all my questions. The order shipped the day I placed my order. Can not attest to the product yet (as it will not be installed until my pool restoration project is done.

Everything as advertised

Discount salt pool went way overboard on the shipping and I really appreciate their service. I've had a few questions on the installation which I did myself and they answer the phone and their technical service is great! I couldn't say enough about how happy I was. My pool man was not happy because he was going to charge me $3600 to install another system that isn't as good as the one I purchased from discount salt pool. I only saved $2600 and did it myself.

Super fast, great product, no problems at all, will shop here in the futher for sure.

If I could rate this a 4.75 I would have. The people on the phone were super helpful in getting me a new chlorine generator. The only issue I had was trying to get the outlet connection to stop leaking. Again, the people were more than willing to send new connectors since I had to change the installation layout and were also willing to send new O-rings. I thing the design of the connection has to be reworked to allow for minor offset in the installation. When all is said and done, I would use and recommend them in a flash. I am very satisfied with their efforts to help me!!
