Discount Salt PoolReviews of discountsaltpool.com

Product fit

As always, Discount Salt Pool has come through again. Order arrived on time, well packaged and complete. Thanks again!

The complete process took 4 to 5 days. Order to delivery and install. Part was well packed and protected against bumps and being tossed around.

helped me pick the right system and a good price

Quick service. Described product clearly. Not the lowest price though because I found a better deal after I placed my order.

All good! A++++

It's very rare that a company takes enough action to get a person to completely rewrite a review..but that's precisely what DSP did. Admittedly my initial experience was not great, but they reached out to me..addressed all of my concerns..and did everything possible to make it right. With customer service like this...you can be assured you're in good hands. And if you ever have the pleasure of dealing with Sonny, he truly cares and does what's necessary to keep his company 5 star rated. Amazing team..what a complete 180 and a showing of what truly caring about your customers looks like.

I spoke with sales rep Sydney and she worked with me and walked my order back for the APX P-40 Salt Cell to shipping personally so it would ship in time for UPS to pick it up that afternoon. I call that going the extra mile to help out a new customer and it is truly appreciated!!! I replaced my Pentair IC40 and it fit perfectly in the existing piping and plugged in directly to the Pentair power supply, it was extremely easy to adjust the settings. I researched this unit and it has higher chlorine output at the same percentage settings to the Pentair IC-40. It is also rated for the same length of longevity. Thanks, Steve
