No manual cleaning in over 8 months of use! Been using salt chlorinators for about 20 years and each one required manual cleaning. So far, this new one has not! Great service if you need it! Had some problems with my unit, but Discount Salt Pool were great at fixing the problem.

I have had no issues with them. I had the clear plastic on the lid for the pump break so it would not make a good seal. I called them at Discount Salt Pool since the unit is still under warranty. They sent me a replacement right away and I was good to go in a few days.
