When I inquired about this item by…Salt cell
When I inquired about this item by phone. I asked if it was manufactured in China and was told it was manufactured USA. After I received the package it indicated that it was manufactured in CHINA. HAVE NOT TAKEN OUT OF BOX. NOT HAPPY ABOUT MISREPRESENTATION OF WHERE IT WAS MADE..

Don't stand behind the warranty
My cell died prematurely and they offered to sale me a new cell at a discount but charged my card and never shipped it. And wont respond to email or chat. EDIT: now I am having to have Amazon pay challenge the charge even though they said I never made the purchase. Amazon pay said they won’t return their inquiries

No product data/warranty/Owner’s Manual info received with the package. Can this please be sent?

Well Packed and Received in a Timely Manner
I received my order in a timely manner. Everything was well packed and seems to be in order, although I haven't yet installed the chlorine generator to verify it works. I was disappointed in the short, unterminated power cord. It was only about 4-1/2 feet long, and I would have had to purchase a plug to plug it in to a 120V receptacle. So I purchased a $15 120V appliance pigtail in order to reach the power outlet. One might think when you spend $1000 on an item, they would include an adequate power cord.

Was instructed by Discount Salt Pool to…
Was instructed by Discount Salt Pool to open unit and change a jumper in order for the unit to work. Normally opening electronics by a consumer voids warranties. I should not of had to do this for a new unit.

Ordering easy but poor communication…
Ordering was easy but communication wasn't very good. Item was initially out of stock. I called to get an estimate of when it might be in and was told 3-4 weeks. I happened to check back in a day or 2 and it was in stock! I immediately ordered it, but never received a confirmation on my order. I wasn't sure if it was ordered or not. A few days later when I was about to call to check on order, I got notice that it had been shipped. It arrived shortly thereafter. So, all turned out good, but I didn't always know what was going on.

I don't see why I have to purchased a…
I don't see why I have to purchased a complete salt water system cell canister when I only need the actual cell unit with cord.
