Discount Salt PoolReviews of discountsaltpool.com

I purchased a Circupool Edge-25 Salt generator from DSP. The package was received as expected, intact and in excellent shape.

Great customer support and actually delivered a day early…..thank you!!

Ordering was easy but communication wasn't very good. Item was initially out of stock. I called to get an estimate of when it might be in and was told 3-4 weeks. I happened to check back in a day or 2 and it was in stock! I immediately ordered it, but never received a confirmation on my order. I wasn't sure if it was ordered or not. A few days later when I was about to call to check on order, I got notice that it had been shipped. It arrived shortly thereafter. So, all turned out good, but I didn't always know what was going on.

Warranty service was exceptional! Quick turnaround time. Much appreciated!

Fast shipping and a great price for a great product

I contacted DSP this May about converting my 30K gallon gunite/ plaster pool to a salt system. They answered all my questions and recommend the RJ 45 system. I ordered and received it quickly. It was easy to install. I made two trips to the pool store to get the water balanced and turned the system on. I used the salt calculator for the initial 840 pound dose. Other than the weekly dose of shock I have done nothing. My pool water has been perfect all summer. I've owned 2 in ground chlorine pools for past 34 years. The money and pool time lost because of algae and bad water is unthinkable. Best pool discussion I've made. Just ordered a new pump from DSP to replace my 16 yr old one. DSP has been great to work with.

Well made. Works great.

The acid cap for my Circupool RJ-45+ salt cell screwed on cleanly and sealed properly. It was delivered in a timely manner as well, in fact it arrived ahead of the estimated timeframe. Discount Salt Pool has never let us down.
