Was instructed by Discount Salt Pool to open unit and change a jumper in order for the unit to work. Normally opening electronics by a consumer voids warranties. I should not of had to do this for a new unit.

Happy wife - happy life, thank you
Received a call to discuss sizing and capacity of my pool- the order was confirmed and in a couple of days it was here. The Balanced CO2 system is amazing- no more caustic acid. The gas in Hawaii is expensive but I’m certainly ahead in what I have had to spend on damage from the acid to surrounding machinery. And the other big win- my wife is SO GLAD we don’t have the acid around!

Thanks for sharing your experience, Dennis. Glad to hear the TotalBalance pH control system is working well, it can be a real game changer. We appreciate you as a customer, please be sure to let us know how we can continue to be of service!
