An update to previous review of discountmags. They made good and reinstated my subscription. Just be sure you are careful when on the website etc to make sure you’re not accidentally canceling something you didn’t mean to

ERIN made my experience exceptional!!! She was knowledgeable, professional, patient and very kind! She was able to help me renew a High Five gift subscription for a very reasonable price and remove the very confusing auto renewal from my account so that next year I can upgrade my granddaughter to the Highlights magazine. Discount Mags is very fortunate to have Erin communicating so effectively and kindly to your customers!

DiscountMags gives me great value for subscriptions and (very importantly) sends me notifications when renewals are due. When I recently had trouble with missing issues from on publisher, the folks at Discount Mags did the work to get the issues restored. It was way more than I'd expected - what great service!

Seldom do I find a representative who is as patient and kind as Lawanda has been! We must have been on phone for about hour and half and she was as sweet and patient in helping me complete my order correctly as anyone I have ever worked with… She is a “real treasure”and your company Is a better company because of Lawanda! She is truly “The Best”!!!

The problem I had has been solved and I appreciate the way it was handled. Lawanda brought out her A-game and I appreciate her help. I will be happy to order my magazines from Discount Mags in the future. Thanks again Lawanda and Discount Mags!

Discount Magazines is a great way to shop for myself, my family and my friends! They always provide excellent customer service and support! I’ve never been able to beat their prices which saves me a lot of money. Their workers are a knowledgeable, professional and well trained. I know that I can count on you! I’ve got some friends who are so difficult to shop for so now I’m sending them the gift that keeps on giving=magazines! One friend had a friend who always gave her a particular magazine for(I think)49 years! When that one passed away I started buying her the same magazine as her friend gave her. I’ve also bought her other magazines. I saved a lot of money buying for them and for myself too! Thank you for calling me when I didn’t see your email! I’m able to buy more magazines due to a substantial discounts that you provide! Thank you for going above and beyond to help me out and emailing me when I’m needing to continue a subscription! Discount Magazines is a wonderful resource! Thank you so much!
