We're so sorry. Our PayPal checkout should have made it easy to send this gift to your granddaughter, and reaching us should never feel impossible. We've emailed you to confirm where the subscription is going, and it hasn't been sent to the publisher yet, so any change can still be made before the first issue ships. Jennifer, you’re right, and I’m sorry. You paid for expedited shipping, your order arrived five days late, and instead of simply owning that, we argued with you about the Post Office. That was wrong, and we’re using your feedback to coach our team. We’ve refunded your shipping in full, and our customer care manager is reaching out to apologize personally. We assure you we do not search the Internet for our customers credit card numbers. If your card was charged, it was because it was on file. All auto renewal subscriptions get a 30-day reminder and a 7-day reminder. Even if it renews, you have 6 months up cancel and get a refund. Also, we do not touch an existing subscription based on the auto-renewal turning off. Please contact us and we will help you out and ensure your subscription is restored if you accidentally cancelled it.

Then, 7 days before the renewal, we'll provide a follow-up email detailing the exact amount you will be charged, giving you ample opportunity to make any necessary adjustments. Dear Jerry, we're sorry you haven't received an issue yet. That definitely isn't the experience we want you to have. We were only given a name and a magazine title, but we found your order, which had an estimated delivery between 05/28/2026 and 07/16/2026. This title has 6 issues a year and prints every other month, so issues come less often than a monthly magazine. An agent emailed you that a status request was sent to find out when your order would start. As requested, we have cancelled the order and issued a full refund. For the future, you can also log in to your account to cancel an order or subscription.
