Ordered a used laptop from discountelectronics.com. It came with a broken shift key, so I sent it back for a replacement. I called to ask when a replacement would be shipped, and the rep said they would send it out that day since they had confirmation that I had shipped the broken laptop I had received. She also said she would email tracking info, which I never received. Called back a week later to find it still hadn't been shipped. The new rep said they don't cross-ship replacement laptops. They had received the broken laptop four days prior but were backlogged. I told him I wanted a refund, but apparently their policy is to only give store credit. Had I known that I would never have ordered anything from them, but now that I do, they will never see another order from me.

Discount electronics believe that irritating and torturing clients with badgering emails will eventually lead to profit. Yes, that's what I said. Ridiculous? No. You see,I am presently receiving several emails a day in a little game they like to play to spam me because I reported them for excessive email abuse. Sure, I can block them and settle the issue, but the more important point to understand, is the child like, imbecilic mind of an individual that would do such a chicken crap thing on a daily basis because he believes is is irritating the customer. What he has really achieved, is the loss of a customer, plus the wrath of the customer that, through word of mouth, and loss a future business, will induce. I thank them for this spam, please keep it up. I will also keep up my retaliation, and monetarily, I will cost them tens of thousands of dollars in revenue by exposing who and what they are... disgusting, unintelligent, vengeful looses, with no common sense. Would you risk your livelihood by purchasing anything from people like this who may be needed for service after the sale? Not a chance. Keep 'em coming boys, I like a good war. See you around.

Stay away from this company they scammed me

I bought a tower from them which arrived with a worthless cord which connected to nothing and after I paid $86 to return it they would only refund part of my money; did I say refund, THEY DON'T GIVE REFUNDS THEY RIP YOU OFF BY GIVING YOU CREDIT FOR THEIR SITE WHICH IS ONLY 2/3 OF WHAT YOU PAID FOR IT, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I bought a used laptop from them as a back up one, never really had to use it but from the time I started to I have had problems with. After a few minutes it did the blue screen of death and said LOCKED on it had no clue what it meant, but WATCH DOG ERROR comes to mind. I kept on trying to read the screen before it would turn off. finally i was able to it said battery was low. It was plugged it. Not even running off the battery. And the battery always said full. I had to remove the battery to get it to work. So I have no battery in it. And more I us it more I have problems with only been using it for a few weeks and I have all kinds of software issues. What a pile of poo. Waist of money. How is a fake review 4/3/2024 this is a active account and the junk you sold me is just that. I finally figured out the battery was and is defective. As long as I remove the battery and just run it plugged into power it works. I still do not use it much because my old computer works better. You cannot except someone telling the truth about the crap you sell so call it a fake account and that I closed it. And that I am a competitor you are sad little man. Just do not sell junk

Do not buy here. I bought a pc, no windows key came with it. Then it took all day to get them to send one once I was able to contact them. I WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN.
