Discount ElectronicsReviews of discountelectronics.com

Fantastic service!!! I knew what I wanted, kind of, but I reached out to Discount Electronics and explained what I wanted and what I needed it for and they contacted me quickly with options. I showed them what I was looking at on their site, and Matt (who is wonderful!) responded with an even better option AND it was LESS money than what I was looking at!!! I received everything and it's absolutely perfect! I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thank you Discount Electronics!!!

Knew what all I wanted on my computer but could not find it online. Went to Discount Electronics and told them what I was looking for and was able to pick it up the next day. It works great. Being a newer computer and my not knowing the HDMI port had been updated, I did have to pick up a $3.00 adapter to hook up one of my older devices.

First of all I found myself computerless in Austin TX. My bro who fixes pcs and is a genius recommended Discount. Best advice ever. Got exactly what I wanted and have had it now for a couple of years with ZERO problems. I ordered online and picked up in store. Greatest buying experience of my life. Techs were knowledgeable and super helpful and friendly. Price alone was 5 STARS - about 40% of retail. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I had two pcs that were too old to install Windows 11 (and very slow at times). Got a Dell Precision laptop and Optiplex from DE. Tom (sales) and Matt (b2b) provided any post sale support I needed. Matt's advice was spot on regarding rescueing data on failed pc's hard drive. I'm super pleased with the entire experience and would definitely recommend purchasing electronic gear from DE!

I have purchased several computer from DE and they work good for refurbished devices. Today I spent about an hour+ with Tim trying to figure our why the wifi connection was failing. Tim determined that it was simply an driver update issues. He resolved the issue and that computer is now working just fine.

Just spent $1000 on refurbished computer and it arrived today. Unfortunately cannot use because HDMI ports will not accept and HDMI cord . Tried chatting in but they aren’t there. So here I sit with an unusable computer! Update- business contacted me promptly this morning to let me know my computer does not have HDMI ports! I am the idiot for not ordering a computer that actually has HDMI ports. They are a great company, just not recommended for non techie senior citizens. You live and learn!

They’re highly knowledgeable. Customer service was very helpful. I had a refund situation and they were very adequate and quick about it. Also, they have really great products. I would shop here again.

Terrible Experience, Beware! I had a horrible experience with Discount Electronics. I bought a Dell laptop at a high price, and within two weeks it stopped working completely. It froze, then shut down and wouldn’t turn back on. When I called customer service, the representative was extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused my request for a refund and wouldn’t let me speak with a manager. She promised to send a replacement battery but never did. When I called again, she denied saying that, then finally sent a battery—but it was the wrong size. I ended up having to ship the laptop to their repair center. They replaced the battery and some other parts, but asked for my login password, which I was uncomfortable sharing. Just a couple of months later, the laptop started having the same issues again. When I asked for a refund or to take it to a local repair shop, they refused. I don’t feel safe sending my device back to them again, especially with personal and secure information on it.
