Just spent $1000 on refurbished computer and it arrived today. Unfortunately cannot use because HDMI ports will not accept and HDMI cord . Tried chatting in but they aren’t there. So here I sit with an unusable computer! Update- business contacted me promptly this morning to let me know my computer does not have HDMI ports! I am the idiot for not ordering a computer that actually has HDMI ports. They are a great company, just not recommended for non techie senior citizens. You live and learn!

So far I am very pleased with them. . The initial shipping time was super fast. When there was an issue they were happy to fix it. They went above and beyond with their customer service. I am likely to purchase another pc from them in the near future. Am waiting for my replacement computer to arrive now. I will update to 5 stars once I have it back. Or downgrade to one if there are any problems.
