Antiquated Return Policies
The quality of the dresses are great. The reason I'm giving them a bad rating is because of their "Return Policy". No refunds unless defective or wrong order. They only give store credit. Yes, I should have read their policies first, but in this day and age nobody should be stuck with items they decided they do not want. I can understand a restocking fee, but not store credit only. I will tell everyone that I know not to order from this company. I am furious.

Hi Wendy, I'm very sorry that you are not pleased with our return policy, even though you shared you did not read it beforehand. It is listed on our website and is very clear so there is no misunderstanding for those that order from us. This is actually a very common return policy for formal dress businesses even big companies such as David's Bridal. We have had many happy customers who have ordered from us over the last 12 years and have been very pleased by their purchase. I truly wish you were one of them!
