Beautiful Dresses Delivered Quickly
Beautiful Dresses Delivered Quickly! After spending hours searching for a particular-fitting dress at endless websites, my heart sank when I found out the other companies required up to 4 weeks to MAKE THE DRESS. That's when I came upon Discount Dress Shop. It actually saved my day! The dresses are beautiful, great quality, and Promptly shipped...they're already made and waiting! I especially appreciated the personal service of Jeremy. He changed a scary dilemma into a happy day for me! Thank you so much!

Laura, thank you for taking the time to write a review on both the dress and your experience with customer service! I am glad that we were able to find an alternate dress (#2030J) for you since the original one was not in stock. Thanks for being flexible and willing to try something else! #2030J, https://www.discountdressshop.com/products/royal-blue-v-neck-sleeveless-floor-length-mermaid-formal-gown-with-jacket

Hi Kay, I'm sorry to hear that the dimensions of the dress you ordered did not match. That's strange to hear because the dress you ordered is made in the United States and we have not had any issues with this dress. In fact, it has been one of our best sellers for the past 12 years.

Disappointed

group of 25+ ladies for a event
Our group of 25+ ladies purchase these dresses for a huge event. The sizes of the dress are a little off. The jacket sizes do not match with the size of the top of the dress. The experience wasn't great. There were a few exchanges that neede to be done. I have been currently waiting for almost two weeks for someone from the company to return my call in reference to exchanging sizes for the dresses. Due to the fact we haven't heard back from the vendor and they have our money, I think it is poor customer service on the companies end. This is sad because the dress is beautiful and the company did great in getting the dresses to us quickly. They failed in not following up to keep us as customers during the exchange process. The group was planning to buy the same dress again in other color, but due to the experience we will find another vendor.

Hi Kimberli, we received your RMA submission (#7566E161353) on 11/11/19, which was approved and instructions were emailed to you to exchange for a different size. We have yet to receive your return to exchange to the size you need. I have never received any phone calls or voice messages or even emails by you. If so, I would have definitely called you back or replied to your emails. I have been in contact with Mrs Boysaw and Mrs Hazen who I spoke on the phone with yesterday. I can assure you that I have been working hard to be sure your group gets the sizes you need before your event on December 1, 2019. Please call (714) 982-7352 or email me with your concerns. I am here to help!

Top notch service
Jeremy at the dress shop went above and beyond in helping me get my daughter’s dress. He not only made it a point to ensure I got the right dress but personally took the time to give me options when I was all out of them. Exceptional service... Thanks Jeremy!!!

An A for effort I guess....
I would give 5 stars if the dress I ordered had been in stock. I was emailed AFTER order was submitted that ALL sizes were out. The site should be more current. The cx service rep offered me every other style they had that I hated...which is why I didn't choose one originally, but I was desperate at this point. The one I chose did arrive on the day I needed to wear it as promised at my job. It was "OK" except too small. I should've known to stick with the size of my original order...ended up rigging up a black top I was already wearing to replace the shell since I had to go straight to the event from there. Thankfully the jacket only buttoned at the neck so it passed, and I wore suspenders to keep the skirt from falling. It got me through the event that night. The rep made a sale. FYI...order WAY ahead of time.

Hi Barbara, I'm sorry to hear you were not completely satisfied with your purchase. Most of our gowns are in stock, however in the event that a dress is not available, we send an email notifying with options. We try to provide as many alternative options as possible, but ultimately it is the customers decision should they decide to choose something else.
