As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offered to replace the dress at no cost to you, which would have resolved the issue without any additional charges. However, we understand that you preferred not to proceed with a replacement. While our standard policy does not allow refunds, we made an exception in your case to offer one. As outlined in our return policy, refunds are subject to a restocking fee, which helps cover processing and handling costs. We’re very sorry to hear that you were upset with your purchase—that’s never the experience we want for our customers. However, we do want to clarify that all of our dresses are brand new and shipped directly from the manufacturer in sealed packaging. We do not sell used merchandise. We were not contacted prior to this review regarding any concerns, and we would have appreciated the opportunity to review the issue and assist you. In situations like this, photos are extremely helpful for us to better understand what may have occurred. We always encourage customers to reach out to us right away with any concerns so we can properly evaluate and offer a solution.

Our return policy does state that wedding gowns are final sale due to their special occasion nature, but we do allow for exceptions if an issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery. This policy is in place to ensure prompt resolution in the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, and we do our best to make accommodations when possible. We’re glad we were able to resolve the situation by sending you a replacement dress in a larger size, and we’re happy to hear you appreciated that gesture. Regarding sizing, we agree it’s extremely important to review the measurement chart carefully before ordering, as formal wear sizing can vary significantly from everyday clothing. Upon reviewing your account, your package was delivered on September 12, 2024. As per our return policy, once a package has been delivered, customers have 24 hours to notify us of any issues with their dress. We received your phone call on September 20, which was 8 days after it had been delivered. Unfortunately, we work in an industry where customers have worn a dress and damaged it, only to try and return it claiming there was damage to it. This is why we have a 24 hour notification policy should there be any issues with dresses that are received. We are happy to assistance our customers as long as they adhere to our policies that have been set in place.

To be very honest this isn't going to be your normal reply. As a business, it can be very frustrating to receive such negative comments and false claims about "hidden fees" and "swindling customers" by someone who is simply venting about an issue they have. The majority of times it has do with their lack of reading the "fine print" which is clearly stated in our return policy. But they end up blaming the business for their lack of due diligence and now the business receives a 1-star and because it's Trustpilot, there is nothing we can do about it. ~ A frustrated business owner

This person (not a customer) has submitted a review mistakenly to our company. We do not offer or sell "Joe Browns" tops. Part of the issue with Trust Pilot is anyone has the ability to write a review on any company even if they are not a customer. This review should not be reflective against our reputation.
