Our return policy does state that wedding gowns are final sale due to their special occasion nature, but we do allow for exceptions if an issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery. This policy is in place to ensure prompt resolution in the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, and we do our best to make accommodations when possible. We’re glad we were able to resolve the situation by sending you a replacement dress in a larger size, and we’re happy to hear you appreciated that gesture. Regarding sizing, we agree it’s extremely important to review the measurement chart carefully before ordering, as formal wear sizing can vary significantly from everyday clothing.
