However, on rare occasions—especially during busy prom season—items can sell out very quickly before updates are fully reflected online. However, we understand that you preferred not to proceed with a replacement. While our standard policy does not allow refunds, we made an exception in your case to offer one. As outlined in our return policy, refunds are subject to a restocking fee, which helps cover processing and handling costs. We truly did our best to provide multiple options to resolve the situation and regret that we were unable to meet your expectations.

We’re very sorry to hear that you were upset with your purchase—that’s never the experience we want for our customers. However, we do want to clarify that all of our dresses are brand new and shipped directly from the manufacturer in sealed packaging. We do not sell used merchandise. We were not contacted prior to this review regarding any concerns, and we would have appreciated the opportunity to review the issue and assist you. In situations like this, photos are extremely helpful for us to better understand what may have occurred. We always encourage customers to reach out to us right away with any concerns so we can properly evaluate and offer a solution.
