great customer service
My daughter ordered a dress that was the wrong size and needed to be exchanged - Jeremy in customer service was a huge help. He patiently helped me determine which size to order, verified it was in stock, and then took care of the shipping to ensure it would arrive by the time my daughter needed it. He was great - the dress arrived right on time and was the perfect fit.

A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH- Listen I had to get a gold prom dress this year. You’d think that wouldn’t be too hard but I was online for hours looking for a dress I liked. DiscountDressShop was the last place I looked and WOW. This is my third prom and not only is this dress the most beautiful- it was $179!!!! Almost HALF the price of the dresses I SETTLED FOR. Immediately after purchasing I was scared that I’d lost my money bc of their store credit return policy but costumer service talked me through it and I couldn’t be more happy. It’s a yes from me

Amazing !!
