Josephine, after reviewing your order, you originally ordered size 20, however we notified you that the size 20 was not available and that the largest size we had available was size 18, which you decided to select as an alternative. I'm sorry you were not satisfied with the size, but we did ship you the alternative size you selected.

Amazing Company!!!!

Perfect prom dress! Great value.
The dress we ordered was perfect for prom. This shop was great to work with. Contacted me quickly to let me know I had to change the size. The dress arrived, its beautiful. The quality is excellent and the color matched what we saw online.

Purchased a dress and after measuring…
Purchased a dress and after measuring and making sure that the measurement were correct for the size I needed i ordered a size larger just to make sure it fit. Received the dress and it is actually 2 sizes smaller. Now I can't return it and have a dress that cannot be worn. Would not advise purchasing from this company.

This dress is for my daughter who got…
This dress is for my daughter who got invited at a quincera celebration. It fit her perfectly even though we only went with the measurements according to the given sizes in the website. It arrived as mwntioned and the good is really beautiful!
