I did not enjoy my experience with this company. I was sent the wrong dress. The sizing was wrong. I had to pay postage to return the dress. Then I had to pay postage for them to send the right dress. I went according to their sizing chart. It was not a good experience at all and will not reorder from this company again.

My experience wasn’t good,paid for 2-3…
My experience wasn’t good,paid for 2-3 day delivery, out of 7 days, received the beautiful dress,tracking it stayed in Ft.Worth for 3 days, had to change wardrobe for a special function, will have to order 2 months ahead if there be a next time.Thanks!

I'm sorry you did not receive the package within the approximate time frame. Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped, we do not have any control over the delivery and timing of the package. Since the USPS was used, they appeared to have experienced a short delay (which could have been a result of a natural disaster), which caused a delay to your delivery. Sometimes there are circumstances that are out of our control that causes packages to be delayed and unfortunately yours was one of them. :(

The store could not be more helpful
The store could not be more helpful. The dress color was real but realistically much darker and the store reached out sending pictures to ensure I knew what the color would be.

The dress came and the zipper broke
The dress came and the zipper was so flimsey it broke and so I have to fix it I wasn't happy!

Amazing experience
This was one of the best purchases I have ever made. The dress fit perfectly and looked exactly like it did in the pictures. I was a little nervous to see what it looked like when I pulled it out of the box, but I was nothing but impressed. The dress was also shipped in the exact time I expected it to, and I have never been more happy. I will definitely consider ordering from here again.
