Order placed and money paid. Promised 3 to 5 business days for delivery. It has now been a month and still no contacts. They will never answer the phone, never return a message and have failed to respond to any of my emails. I am now reporting their company as fraud to the BBB and disputing the charge in my account to try and recoup my money. Do not order from this company.

Horrific customer service I have been buying contact lenses from AC Lens for years. A bigger company bought them out and it became Discount Contacts, so I placed my order through them. I have been trying for a week (I placed my order more than 1 week ago) to get a hold of anyone through their email or on the phone. Yesterday I waited 25 minutes on hold -- it's clear that no one was ever going to pick up, if anyone is even there at all. All I want at this point is to cancel my order, which I also cannot do without customer service help. DO NOT order from this business.

I've been ordering from them a few times. They have real americans that answer phone calls and solve your problems. Their email service is a brick wall so just call their 1-800 number. Phone call waiting time is a couple minutes to 15 minutes. I had faster answer times at 9:30am EDT than I did at 11:30 am EDT when the west coast may be flooding them with phone calls.

I have been ordering for 10 years with great response from email customer service. Unfortunately, they sold to a larger company a few months ago. They must have cut their support staff. What used to take 24 hrs now I have not received a response in weeks. Sad!

I ordered contacts and paid for two day shipping. Almost two weeks later, I still had not received a shipping notification. I sent a message to customer service and received their auto reply. It took over a week for them to actually respond. When they did, the message just told me to call their customer service number. Horrible business, never buying from them again ever.

I've ordered from Discount Contacts many times, even before they changed name and were bought. It always provided great service, lowest prices, and decently fast shipping, until now. I uploaded my prescription when I ordered, and it keeps saying it's under verification and that my prescription is expired. It's like no one is bothering to check my newly uploaded documents. I already sent 3 emails about it and I get no reply whatsoever. I'm going to start using this company only to price match elsewhere. Customer service is trash and not bothering to reply.

I love their prices and that there were no hidden fees. I paid half of what I would have paid elsewhere. I placed my order on the 13th (Tuesday night) and received my contacts on the 19th (Monday). This was using their standard shipping. I could have paid additional for faster shipping. Very positive experience for me.

I have ordered my contact lenses from Discount Contact Lens dot com for many years without any problems. That changed in April 2025 when they were bought by another company. I got a strange email that looked like a robot wrote it, telling me my order would be delayed by three weeks. I replied and asked for someone from customer service to contact me. No one ever did. I was stressed because I was down to my last pair of lenses and needed my order to ship right away. I came close to canceling more than once but decided to wait. To my surprise, the contacts showed up in less than a week. They actually came faster than they would have from 1800 Contacts. I could not believe it. The biggest problem with this company right now is the customer service. They need to fix it. Stop sending the same weird email every night saying the order will be delayed. And if you send emails, use your own logo. Do not use the name of the company that bought you. It confuses people. If you are reading this and thinking about canceling, do not panic. The order will show up. And it might show up faster than you expect.
