Have hosted a website application with database storage with DiscountASP.NET for 6 years with no issues. My handful of tickets over that time period were all handled quickly and professionally. Hosting service is top notch with lots of options and competitively priced. Highly recommended!

These guys have hosted my web site for 11 years and I can count on 3 fingers the number of times I have had issues. Plus, every single one of those was quickly sorted - that's pretty reliable for a provider this cheap and I'll happily recommend them to anybody wanting to host a website, whether they make use of the .NET capabilities or not.

Thanks Simon. We're always happy to hear that you think highly enough of the service to recommend it to others.

My web application is still in the testing phase. I have had only one issue sofar, which was not resolved. I provided tech support with the complete error message but they requested access to the application in order to generte the error for themselves ( i thought this was odd). I didnt want to give access to my application!!
Response from DiscountASP.NETDec 12, 2016
Hello Henry. Tech support will often ask for steps to recreate an error, since error messages can be non-specific or even misleading. If they can see what kind of action causes the error they can be more helpful in solving the problem. I understand not wanting to give access to an application, but that's the reason they ask. Hope we were able to work it out regardless.

DiscountASP are honest, reliable and helpful. A very good ASP and normal hosting service. The rare times that there were problems they were acknowledged and resolved.
