One of my prescriptions through my Rx Drug Plan was extremely expensive. I checked the price on GoodRx and SingleCare and it wasn't much cheaper. I'm so happy I found DiRx, the price was very reasonable and the website was easy to navigate. Shipping is free and I get my prescription within a few days after placing my order. I'll continue ordering from them.

The meds were taped outside of the bag and the pill bottles were open inside the bag. There are pieces of dirt on the meds that were taped outside the bag. I can't get a return call from the manager and I need my meds.

Hi Michael. We do have an order for two prescriptions. However, one of the items is on backorder with our supplier. Once the product arrives, it will be shipped out ASAP. Additionally, when we split orders, we only bill your card once the order has shipped. So, you might see a temporary hold on your card for the order amount. But it will fall off in 2-5 business days. **They are NOT accredited with the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy.** I would give DiRx NO STARS if I could. I submitted and paid for a prescription then 3 weeks later they cancelled it stating that it was by my request (it wasn’t, I was just asking a status) and they couldn’t get the medication anyway. This was for a very common medication, not one that is difficult to obtain. I have called 3 times, nicely asking for my prescription back so that I can get my refill elsewhere. Each time the representative has disconnected the call as soon as I make my request. I have sent two emails as well and finally after weeks they responded but I still don’t have my prescription.

I registered, called my Dr. to call in my meds. I called a week later and was told my meds were on the way. Waited another week and called back. Was told that the order was not processed because they were waiting on info. from CVS. When I explained that the order was called in by my Dr. The young lady told me to call back on Monday. Finally was promised that my order was being processed when I called on Monday. I was assured that it would come on a few days, by the third person I spoke to and it did arrive. You should have all your employees be completely honest when speaking with customers. I can handle the outcome better if told the truth. Thanks
