It took awhile for my 1st prescription to transfer from my local Pharmacy but once that happened, everything went smoothly. I am paying less now through DiRx than I was paying on my insurance not to mention how much more I’d be paying retail through the Pharmacy. I also no longer have to wait in the long drive thru line burning gas at these high gas prices.

Just like some of the other recent reviews, I too have had a prescription pending for more than 3 weeks. After numerous attempts to contact customer care, I have given up as not a single response has been received. Not email nor text. I see they like to say they “tried to contact by phone” as their excuse. Well, ‘em somehow even in 2023, some of us do not have luxury to trustworthy cell service, hence the mail order prescription service due to rurality/disability combo as well as selecting the email preference for communication. These are not medications that should be randomly stopped as some of the more serious symptoms are terribly grim. This company has a duty to uphold and they are failing in dramatic fashion. If they are out of stock, missing information, no valid script, waiting on the patient, waiting on the doctor, waiting on a pack of rabid armadillos to vacate the entrance to the building, overworked, underpaid and understaffed it should not matter. Some attempt should be made to contact the patient instead of leaving them to ponder their existence and life’s story a little more each day and how to make a bottle with 5,4,3,2… pills remaining last until the new one arrives like some sort of island castaway with limited rations. Turns out, you can’t. Not when it’s been 4 days shy of a month since ordering and I think I might see the delivery off in the distance….but sent to Oregon instead of my California address. 🤦♂️
