Poor customer service
it took several calls From me to get DIR to finally obtain the prescription. I was not happy the customer service.

Quick delivery
Quick delivery. My only complaint was that they would not accept the hand written prescription my doctor gave me. This did result in some delay as the extra processes of DiRx contacting my doctor and waiting for his reply.
