Using DiRx was easy and fast. Customer service emails were also quick. Delivery would've been faster had my original pharmacy sent my prescriptions sooner. Overall, so glad I found DiRx.

I selected to transfer my Rx's from a physical pharmacy close to my home to DiRx based of the pricing which I saw when I brought up my meds on the GOODRXGOLD website. After several phone calls and working out the hiccups, I was able to receive my meds in a timely manner, which I was grateful for. However, when the charges for these meds went thru my bank account, the pricing was higher and the cost savings didn't really work to my advantage.

Really good value for what I needed, but it took a while to get the order processed.....over a week, and that was after I inquired about it. I am still waiting on another order that I submitted about two weeks ago. Regular updates on orders without having to ask about them would be helpful.
