Placed my order on 12 Jul (order #19615),they charged me that day and send me an email confirming the order. Haven’t heard from them since. Sent 3 follow up emails with no response. Tried calling but phone number gives a quick busy with no way to leave a message. Glad I didn’t need the meds quickly. Thanks for the reply, however I never received a note from you! Why is no one answering my email, also why do you charge me when you haven’t sent the meds?

I found DiRx as the least expensive option, by far, listed on GoodRx.com for two of my medications and one of my husband's, so I decided to try it out. One of the pharmacy staff called me to verify my name, since my middle name was on the prescription but I had not entered it into my account. Despite this, we received our medications within a week of ordering them. The packaging was a bit excessive (a cardboard box within a cardboard box for each prescription) but at least it's recyclable. DiRx is a pharmacy option within my electronic medical record system so it is easy as a prescriber. DiRx does not work with health insurance, and I suspect this is one reason they can keep their costs down, at least for some medications. Our health insurance policy does not cover two of these medications, and we have such a high deductible that my out-of-pocket cost at a local pharmacy through my insurance plan for the third medication is triple what DiRx charged. I'm satisfied and will definitely use them again. I am already recommending DiRx to my patients with high-deductible insurance plans or whose medications are not covered by their insurance.
