Just recently found DiRx online. I was skeptical but read all the positive reviews. Placed my order, quick, easy and cheaper than what I paid with prescription coverage. Highly recommend

First time customer here. Informed my doctor about changing my script to Dirx. Don't think he sent it in. So I just filled out required fields and Drix did the rest. Took awhile to receive. Not sure why, but I wasn't in a rush. Was shocked when received ..the packaging was top notch. Never have seen this before. Anyway I'm very pleased so far.

I ordered a 90 prescription of my medication in June. The order was not processed. I called DiRx in mid-July asking why my prescription was not processed. The customer service rep. was friendly and said she would look into it. The next day a 30-day prescription was filled for me and sent to me in a timely fashion. I'm happy that the prescription was finally filled but was unhappy it took so long, that I only received 30-days rather than the 90-days I ordered, and I never was told why the prescription wasn't filled the first time.

Thanks for your feedback, Chase. We apologize for the inconvenience and the delay associated with the prescription transfer. Often times the prescriber will send a prescription for less quantity than what was originally ordered. In these instances, we feel it is important to get you your medications as soon as possible and provide you with the information that was shared with us. We certainly hope that you give us another chance. -your Friends at DiRx

I received my medication two days after the prescription was submitted. The only hiccup was that my provider’s EMR defaulted to my local pharmacy. This was readily corrected. The packaging was recyclable - a real plus in my book. I’ll be transferring all my maintenance meds.
