could have been faster

Inexpensive, but dangerously irresponsible. A few times, I successfully received prescriptions without issue, but recently the delays have gotten so long and unpredictable that I've run out of medication twice now waiting for them to ship, let alone arrive. It's one thing to take a day or two to ship a new prescription, but I've been waiting 6 days and counting for a refill of an existing one to even ship (which I can no longer cancel or transfer elsewhere due to it being "confirmed" but not shipped), and had to cancel and transfer another, new prescription after waiting 14 days with no "confirmation". Coupled with "2-7 day" shipping times for the free shipping option, these unpredictable pre-shipment delays make it dangerous to rely on this service for any medication you can't go without. Edit: After waiting another day for the refill to ship (marking 7 days since ordered and 4 since "confirmed") I called to see if I could still get the order canceled so I could have it transferred and have a chance of getting it filled locally, and was on hold for 35 minutes to be told it couldn't.

99% cheaper than the regular pharmacy, it is like paying a copay at the pharmacy. Refill medication coming on time as long as you have the continues order. Back then I didn’t have an insurance and they charge for $300-$800 per month, I was out out medication and desperate. Never look back to pharmacy like Walgreens/cvs/hosp pharmacy even I have an insurance. Since 2020 till now still using Dirx. I referred it to all of my friends. Love it !

Failed to call transferring Rx holder in a timely manner. Several weeks to receive Rx from Dirx.

Arrival was fast. Always on time.

I am a new member and very dissatisfied. I have only received 1 of my 3 blood pressure meds and have been without for 3 weeks. What more can I say?

I loved the fact that it was pretty hands off. Once I put in my doctor's info, it was just a waiting game. In general, my Doctor's office is a huge pain in the butt to get a hold of, but DiRx figured it out and sorted it for me. Getting 3 months worth each of my meds for only ~$10 each is also amazing, considering I was paying about $45 a month for the medications at the previous pharmacy. Now, if only they could get me my ADHD meds (a pipedream. Sigh.)
