No problem with delivery and the prices are great

My experience was extremely pleasant. The prescription process was easy and the team was professional and helpful. Received my prescription in a timely manner for quite an attractive price. I will be using DiRX on a regular basis.

Order was placed NOvember 21 and sent on November 27 to Dirx. It was not filled and shipped until December 1. I have been out of meds for one week. Hopefully they do arrive today Dec 8. It is usually much faster, less than a week.

always helpful. Great experience finding out about DIRX. saved an enormous amount of money. wish everyone knew about this company. just keeps getting better.

Very fast delivery and service! They helped me with the difficulty of working with a Kaiser medical plan.

When I called customer service to find out about my Rx, the person who answered the phone told me DiRx had not received it from the provider. I was about to call the doctor’s office when someone else called me from DiRx’s customer service dept to tell me that the information I had received from the other customer service rep was incorrect, that in fact the doctor HAD sent in the Rx and it was on its way to me. This suggests to me that the second person was listening in on the first conversation, perhaps with a trainee, and took steps to make sure I had the correct info. That’s a good mark for DiRx.

I had a refill and my doctor’s nurse called it in…it never got processed. I was going through withdrawals and finally my doctor called it in to CVS pharmacy where I was able to use a GoodRX coupon. I still paid $20 more at CVS, but I couldn’t physically wait for DiRX to get it figured out. I never want to be without my meds again. Unfortunately my anxiety meds are too expensive to be covered by my insurance so I have to pay out of pocket. I tried calling customer service five times yesterday afternoon, and no one answered. I ended up canceling the order.

My prescriber sent in Rx, but I still had to call to have the order activated to start the fill process. Nov. 22 to Dec. 6 to receive prescriptions. However, 1 Rx did not arrive and on checking it was delivered to Talahassee, Florida instead of Winslow, Arizona?. I called, and a replacement Rx is being sent to the correct address. How did 5 Rx make it, and 1 sent elsewhere? The annual savings program is an awesome program for my self and my wife.
