My dog's prescription needed clarification
My dog's prescription needed clarification - and DiRx supposedly called the vet - but the vet did not call back. Meanwhile weeks went by and I assumed the prescription was in process or on the way. After three or four weeks, I checked the status & restarted the process. The problem was rectified quickly. But DiRx should have alerted me after a week or two that the vet had not responded.

We’ll it took over 3 weeks to get my…
We’ll it took over 3 weeks to get my prescription forwarded from my pharmacy and it seemed like somebody dropped the ball but I continued to stay on top and finally got my prescription and I’m happy it’s done. The price of my prescription was well worth the trouble 👍
